Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Speak Easy Languages, we are committed to providing every prospective student with the opportunity to evaluate our teaching methodology through a complimentary trial class before enrolling in a paid programme.

No Cancellation Policy

Once a student has completed the free trial class and proceeds with payment, the enrolment is considered final and binding.

Speak Easy Languages does not accept cancellations after payment has been received.

Students are encouraged to carefully consider their availability, schedule, and commitment before enrolling in any course.

No Refund Policy

All payments made to Speak Easy Languages are strictly non-refundable.

Following successful completion of the trial class and payment of course fees:

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• No partial refunds will be granted for unused classes.

• No refunds will be granted for missed classes.

• No refunds will be granted due to travel, relocation, work commitments, examinations, family matters, medical appointments, technical issues on the student's side, personal emergencies, schedule conflicts, change of mind, or any other personal circumstances.

Student Responsibility

Attendance and participation remain the sole responsibility of the student.

Any absence, leave, emergency, holiday, business trip, family commitment, illness, examination schedule, internet disruption, or personal circumstance affecting attendance shall be the responsibility of the student and shall not entitle the student to:

• A refund

• A credit

• A replacement class

• A make-up lesson

• A course extension

• A transfer to another course

Where available, students may access lesson recordings for review purposes.

Course Extensions

Speak Easy Languages does not provide course extensions, pauses, freezes, carry-forward periods, or deferred participation unless expressly approved in writing by management.

Unused classes expire at the end of the scheduled course period and have no monetary value.

Acceptance of Policy

By enrolling in a course, making payment, and participating in classes, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation and Refund Policy in full.

Students further acknowledge that the free trial class provides sufficient opportunity to evaluate the suitability of the course before committing to enrolment.
